Returns and Refund Policy

At Trapstar Polska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward process for returns and refunds. Please read these guidelines carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, you must email us at sales@trapstarpolska.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for return
  3. A label included inside the package that clearly states your Order Number, email address, and reason for return.

Return Conditions

We can only accept items that meet the following strict criteria:

  • Products must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original, resalable condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • We cannot process returns for items that have been washed, worn, or are not in their original condition.

Sending the Product Back

  • You are responsible for shipping the product back to us using a tracked shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost shipments, so please ensure your chosen service provides a valid tracking number.
  • The required label (with order number, email, and reason) must be included inside your package.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive the returned item and our team confirms it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. After approval, your refund should reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that fail to meet our conditions (worn, washed, or missing tags/packaging) will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
